Containment Breach!
The powerplants lie in ruin, their once-stable cores now seething with unstable energy, some crackling with raw power, others twisting reality itself and calling forth warped horrors from beyond.
The Warp Siphon Tokens (£25K) and Mine Complex Ruins (£40K) stretch goals are complete and have been added to Imperia Power Plants. Available now on our store and to all Dominion backers and above.
To acces the new ruined states and tokens, redownload the Imperia Power Plants set.
Both the Warp Energy and Warp Beast tokens include supported and unsupported versions for resin printing.
The FDM version is identical to the unsupported resin version and is designed to print upright. Aside from the central leg, there are no overhangs, making it an easy print. FDM users will only need to manually support the central leg, which can be done with a simple square support enforcer placed underneath. Alternatively, FDM users can position the token on top of the Warp Siphon tile before printing, allowing both models to be printed as a single combined piece.
Both tokens have been successfully test printed in filament and resin ( resin at both 100% and 75% scale using the supplied pre-supports).
Our tile guides have also been updated, but unfortunately we're experiencing a bit of trouble adding the new tiles to the map maker. We’ve already contacted the app developers and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.
We've also added their topper counterparts to the Hive City set which will need to be redownloaded to access the new tiles.
We’ve been a little quiet recently, mainly due to a mix of behind the scenes work on Hexton Hills and a much needed holiday recharge! The good news is that progress has continued steadily, and the next stretch goal on the horizon is the Mine Complex Ruins, which will be the next set we tackle.
As mentioned previously, we’re also upgrading the Starter Set with additional road tiles, as well as key dock to land and moat to land connections for Epic Cities. Once these are released, we’ll be free to focus all our energy on delivering the remaining stretch goals and continuing to expand the world of Hexton Hills.
Prospective Merchants - We’re working on merchant licences and we haven’t forgotten you, so sorry for the wait. Some recent changes in Etsy’s policy regarding 3D‑printed / digital files forced us to delay further merchant work until we understood the situation better. As a small team, we’re juggling lots behind the scenes (app work, content planning, rules design, and making tiles), but merchant licences are definitely on our priority list.
That’s all for now
Keep it Hexy,
Dan & Jax
