Where we go to feel good about ourselves.

“The tiles look AMAZING!”

Jose Saavedra

“Best valve kickstarter I've been involved in and a great community grown up in the discord group. Very detailed tiles that can scale easily and the community and creators are very helpful for any problems. I can't wait for more tiles to be available.”

Paul

“Incredible detail, wonderful class and charm. I sell prints of them and can attest to their reliability when printing even across hundreds of tiles.”

Ingram Blakelock (registered merchant)

“I got into this project before I even had a printer and it was only about 9 months later when I finally picked one up. So it could be argued that I got into printing because of Hexton, not the other way around. The first hexes I printed were the farmland set - really evocative and fantastic and each print thereafter added to my new little world. I've printed over 200 tiles since then and the adaptability and design of the pieces is a wonder to behold!”

Matt Ellison

“Want gorgeous maps? You've found them. These tiles are incredible!”

Steve

“Print your custom world from scratch! Explore the realm one hex at a time! I have been printing Hexton Hills and piecing together an entire world map. The diversity of terrain and modular style allow me to mix and match to build and rebuild my world. I especially like the flat generic tiles that I use as unexplored spaces until I reveal a full 3D town, portal, or volcano lair.”

Robert Sankar

“These map hexes are really cool. They have given me the ability to create cool campaign maps for RPGs and wargames. The various terrain pieces, coupled with the cool forts and towns, make amazing maps. Every addition to the core Set has added some many options. The supported files print exceptionally well without any input from me. The afldditin of magnet holes is ingenious and adds so much value. The detail is incredible. Each tike is a tiny map in miniature. If you like creating 3d maps for your gaming needs, get these terrain tiles.”

Borderguy190

“Beautiful terrain models in a convenient and straightforward style.”

Jason

“Incredible and thought out work from clearly passionate hobbyists, thank you!”

Matt W

“Initially my players were very skeptical of "that large huge" map I was going to bring, but after seeing a printed and painted map that can be reused for multiple games and systems. It's practically a constant, one of my DM friends even uses the tiles themselves to build maps anymore. They add a real visceral feel to the game.”

Isaac

“I've printed and painted over a 200 hexes so far. I love this product. I am building a 3d map of Faerun to mount on the wall. I'm looking forward to the finished product.”

Simon Kingaby

“Incredible line of well produced models.”

K Walker

“I used Hexton Hills to print out a map for my RPG campaign and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! The tiles printed great on both my resin and FDM printer. The options available make the tiles versatile. I ended up using the tabless versions to make adding and removing them from my map easier. The slot on the bottom for a magnet worked out perfectly for my needs. I was able to glue magnets on and stick the tiles to a whiteboard to easily keep my map together and moveable. They paint up great too! I highly recommend the tiles to anyone who wants to print out great maps for their games!”

Christopher Gautrau

“Details so great for such a small tile. Love the fine details in each and every tile, they connect so smoothly and you can create amazing landscapes.”

Lindsey Deanshaw

“Hexton Hills, by Graven Guild, is an incredible line of 3D Printable modular map tiles that can be used to craft targeted campaign maps for your TTRPG adventures, or entire worlds as broad as your imagination. The currently available offerings in the series encompass forests, grasslands, mountains, waterways, and seas of a temperate climate; with architecture fitting either a historic medieval or fantasy setting. Builds can range from the open wilderness to detailed epic cities. I was worried that the details would end up muted with an FDM printer, as opposed to resin, but the masterful craftsmanship and care put into these tiles shines through, with the detail and life packed into each of the hexes coming out beautifully, even with filament. I tinker with a lot of mapping options for tabletop gaming, and Hexton Hills is by far the most fun I've had with world crafting, yielding a vibrant result that I can keep forever, or re-arrange to suit the next adventure. I am thrilled to see what they have in store for future releases in the series.”

Eric ‘The Tabletop Gaming Vault’

“I have thoroughly enjoyed printing and painting a collection of tiles to enable me and my friends to play Mighty Empires on a 3D board. The quality of the models is very high and great value for money.”

“These tiles are the best tiles to do a custom campaign of your own design.”

Clive Zahra

“It has added a new dimension to the game to have a 'Living' map track the players domain, and their discovery of the world around them. SO much more engaging than a paper map.”

Venorik

“I adore Hexton Hills. There are so many variations that you could print an entire map without repeating any. And all the little details really bring it to life.”

Jan

“Tha fact that the tiles are supplied in multiple formats and with the option of supports and no supports is amazing. I initially printed tiles on a resin printer but now do virtually all of them in pla. Overall (close your ears Dan and Jax) - the tiles are way underpriced for what you get.”

NickF

“I've been an avid user of the Hexton Hills Hextiles since its early Kickstarter days, and my experience with this 3D print model library (and customer care) has been nothing short of exceptional! I've found the hextiles and accessories incredibly versatile and meticulously designed. My hex board is the cornerstone of my Dungeons and Dragons game. The detail in every piece captivates the imagination of my players. Plus, painting each tile is a true delight. I wholeheartedly recommend this library to any game board and TTRPG enthusiast!”

Mike Hardison

“I love the design and idea behind the created product. The team has been involved in creating something they liked; it shows in the outcome. The Kickstarter was worth it, I would back the next one if they made one. (PLEASE!)”

Saviny

“I could wax lyrical about how much I love the style, character and detail of the worlds your tiles bring together ... but you should just show the pictures of them. They speak for themselves.”

Dave Keyes

“So many tiles and so many ways to put them together. The details on each tile is amazing. The only limits are your imagination and how much your printer can handle”

Lizzie B

“Such detailed work makes it great for any type of map making and painting, :D”

Sai’Raks

“The designs are not just pretty, but also well thought-out, which allows me to combine tiles in nearly seamless fashion to create a map that closely resembles my vision. Digital builder is also incredibly useful in order to make a good plan for printing.”

Devin

“The app that came along with the tiles to help lay them out is such a massive value add for no additional cost. Thank you so much for including it!!”

Baagoe

“Great product(line] to create and design your own worlds and 3d gaming maps.”

Patrick

“These tiles are easy to print and easy to paint. They make amazing maps that tell stories just by putting a few of them together.”

Hoppy

“I printed a small RPG map using hexton hills. Tge tiles were quick to print and paint. There were enough variations that the map was unique from tile to tile. I used Fluorescenct paint on the tiny windows of the buildings and on the sea that gave a distinct difference in quality when viewing the map in a darkened room with a UV torch. Well done.”

Deadpool Merc

“I love the detail put into these tiles. It sparkles my imagination and makes them so much more usable as it is not just a river crossing the landscape, but there is an island and a nice slope down to the water.”

Désirée Nordlund

“These tiles are by far the most comprehensive, incredibly detailed pieces of art that a you can use in a role playing game. They can create a world map as well as close ups of cities, so they are incredibly useful. They also are a joy to paint, and when in larger sets they look amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Even if the rumors of floggings, starvation and ice baths at 2 AM are true, the workmanship is unbelievable. BUY THEM NOW!!!!”

Shaun Dunn

“Awesome range of tiles. You can make almost everything and the best of all it's that it keeps expanding.”

Tristram Wulfschlaeger

“I THINK IT'S THE BEST KICKSTARTER I'VE EVER PARTICIPATED IN, AND THE PRODUCT IS GREAT AND VARIED”

Kpooz

“The tiles are fantastic and inspiring! I’ve used them for war game campaigns, but more recently they have allowed my kids to “world build” their own setting for D&D. Just about everyone i know who has seen them loves them. The wide variety of tiles, and the clarity of each design (I print them with PLA and they are great) helps bring an incredibly interactive element to map making unmatched by paper or digital mediums. The tiles are relatively simple and easy to paint, but they are so evocative, and while small, are bursting with character and possibility.”

Mark W.

“I have been involved since the kickstarter. Was one of the testers for FDM prints and am extremely happy with the high level of detail and thought put into these tiles. Every one is designed not just for resin printing, but for fdm printers too! The attention to detail and communication with the community is unparalleled. I can't wait to see what they do next as I will definitely be backing the next campaign.”

Bret Wright-La Force

“The communication with the community was great and an example to many other Kickstarters”
