Ruination Phase Initiated

I hope you're all enjoying the weekend, whether you're deep in hobby projects, plotting your next campaign, or just soaking up some well-earned downtime.

We’ve unlocked another stretch goal: the Mining Complex Ruins! This follows on from the Manufactory Ruins and continues what we’re now calling (and I bet you’ll never guess...) the Ruination Phase of the campaign - a 'delightful' chain of unlocks exploring the aftermath of war, collapse, and abandonment.

With each new unlock, the map evolves and not always for the better. The setting is beginning to fray at the edges: from manufactories to mines, critical infrastructure lies in ruin. These tiles reflect the marks left behind by a world under siege, and they’re perfect for setting scenes of fallen objectives, abandoned territory, or the long shadow of something worse.

These ruined sites are more than debris, they’re the beginning of something. A battlefield forming. Tension rising. Let’s just say the deeper into the campaign we go, the more tactical things might become...

As we move through the next stretch goals and it looks like we’re well on track for that - I’ll be shifting focus slightly. Rather than repeating myself with each ruin unlocked, I’ll start spotlighting individual tiles from the campaign.

These mini deep-dives will give you a closer look at the models, a touch of flavour text, and a peek behind the curtain at the design inspiration and thinking behind each one.

We’ll keep this one short - it is the weekend, after all - but thank you again for your support, your enthusiasm, and for helping this campaign continue to grow. We’re incredibly grateful.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, and we’ll be back soon with more tiles, more stretch goals, and the satisfying unravelling of the world we’ve built together.

keep it hexy,

Dan and Jax
