Broken Bastions

The Celestis Annihilator, once capable of piercing the skies, lies fractured and cold. The towering Fortress Imperator stands scorched and broken, its weapon banks silenced and its walls crumbling. Cracked launch decks and buried hangars mark the remains of once vital air support, while the Aegis Bulwark with its bunkers, sandbags, and anti-air emplacements, has been shattered and left to rust.

Military Ruins (£50K) are now complete and have been added to the Imperia Military set.
Available now in our store and to all Dominion backers and above.

To access the new ruined states, please re-download the Imperia Military set from your MyMiniFactory library.

We’ve also added topper counterparts for the Celestis Annihilator Cannon and Dominus Verticalis Deck to the Hive City set. You’ll need to re-download the Hive City set to access these new tiles.

Our tile guides have been updated with these new additions, and they're now live in the map maker.

As mentioned in our previous update, we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes and wanted to remind you that merchant applications are now live on MyMiniFactory Tribes.

If you're interested in becoming a licensed merchant, you can head over to our Tribes page, read the merchant license agreement, and apply directly.

Now for some news on new tiles.

We’re in the home stretch now, with just Battlements and the final Hive City content left to go!

Work is well underway on Battlements (our £65K stretch goal), and we’re just about to begin development on the Hive City Ruins (£80K). The Battlements will be a brand-new addition to Imperia Hexica, and we’re excited to share more in the next update.

Meanwhile, Mike Hutchinson has started early development on the Hexton Hills Wargame Rules (£60K stretch goal). Mike’s passion for game design truly shines through, and we can’t wait to see where this collaboration leads.

If everything goes smoothly, web app development (£30K stretch goal) will also begin this week, including long awaited implementation of new features, bug fixes and fresh new UI updates.

In our next update, we’ll be releasing the following sets:

  • Epic Cities Waterfront Connections
(12 new transition tiles designed to help bridge the gap between docks, walls and natural terrain features – free for Empire Bundle, Epic Cities collection owners and Omniversal backers)

  • 6 new Road Tiles for the Campaign 01 Starter Set
(free for all Starter Set owners and up)

  • Plus some bonus tiles that Dan scrambled together in between everything else

We’ve also begun early planning for Campaign 03, a return to fantasy, though like previous campaigns, it will include a generous helping of genre agnostic terrain. We’ve already gathered a long wishlist from the community and have some solid ideas for where we want to take things next.

As always, we’d love to hear your thoughts.  If you haven’t already shared what you’d like to see, feel free to post your suggestions in the comments below or reach out to us on social media.

As always,

keep it hexy,

Dan & Jax
